Dan’s early career was spent with Chevron working as a Completion Engineer in Aberdeen before relocating to work on projects in Angola. Since his return to the UK Dan has consulted for Tullow Oil, Premier Oil, Eon, BP and Sasol in London establishing a reputation as a technical authority in all aspects of Completion Engineering.

2020 has heralded a decade of unprecedented change globally and the impact on the oil and gas industry has been huge with negative oil prices seen for the first time. These new challenges drove Dan to develop a new on-demand consultancy model to meet reformed market demand. Dan has built a strong team and worked together with London Business School to develop the new model.

Dan has actively managed all Core Completions projects personally and is passionate about all aspects of completion design, engineering and operations.
